Because the hospitals no longer call a pastor because it interferes with the patient’s rights to privacy, the pastor asks that the family of anyone in the hospital please call him.

Church News for the Week of 12/10/2012

Everyone is needed to HELP with the living Nativity next Sunday, we will need people to stand ½ at a time and refreshments for all participating. Hours are 6:00pm to 8:00pm. THANK YOU!!!

Christmas poinsettias can be ordered from Bob Elvidge. All orders must be in to Bob by December 9th.TODAY. Poinsettias come in Red, White, Pink and Marble. Cost are $10 each.

Christmas gifts in memory of or in honor of may be given to the following funds.

Warring – Fendick Scholarship fund – Sue Lucas or Sue Snyder

Hurricane “Sandy” relief – Paul Lucas
To insure that your memorial or honorium is listed in the Christmas booklet, please have them in to the designated funds by Tuesday, December 18. This is a big help to the charge secretary and she thanks you for your cooperation.

Trustees meeting, Wednesday, December 12 at 7:00pm. Members include Bob Elvidge, Gene Pierson, Maureen Lucas, Dave Lucas, Chuck Guman, Beth Taylor. Incoming members for January are asked to attend if possible – John Kleback, Robert Decker and Art Williams.

Anyone wishing to make a contribution towards the cost of the sanctuary window film is asked to place contributions in an envelope marked “Window” before December 2. TODAY. Please include the information as to, in memory or in Honor of if you wish.
INFO for both churches: Over the next 3 weeks we will be collecting nonperishable food items for those in need this holiday season.
