CALENDAR OF EVENTS
No PUMC Bible Study for the Summer will resume in September

Most communities have Memorial Day services. Please make an effort to attend a service this Monday.

■ Shopa-Davey VFW Post 6082 services, Monday ,  assemble at 8 a.m., post, 123 Electric St., Peckville. Service at Veterans Memorial Park Main St Peckville at 9:00
■ Peckville American Legion A. Pierson Hurd Post 236 services, Monday , Prospect Hill Cemetery, 10 a.m.; Union Cemetery, 10:45 a.m.
Archbald/Eynon
■ Memorial Day Parade, Monday , 10:30 a.m., forms at American Legion, Main Street, Eynon; ceremony, 10 a.m., staging, 9:30 a.m


Tompkinsville United Methodist Church, 1448 Heart Lake Road (Route 107), Jermyn, is sponsoring a multi-family yard sale on Saturday, May 31, from 8 a.m. to noon.   Jeannie Deecki Telephone:  570-282-0346



Because hospitals no longer call Pastor as it interferes with patient privacy, the Pastor asks the family of anyone in the hospital to please call him.   Rev. Shambora may be reached at 570-371-8123
