Peckville's annual Roast beef dinner (Drive-thru) will be held on Saturday, November 9th, from 4:00 to 5:30pm. Pre-reserve tickets $10 adult and $5 children. Bible Study on Tuesdays. The book we are studying, Yes Lord I Have Sinned, But I Have Several Excellent Excuses by James W. Moore. Come and join us. We meet for 1 hour. Everyone is welcome.

Tompkinsville United Methodist Church, 1448 Heart Lake Road (Route 107) Jermyn, is sponsoring a BOOK SALE AND SOUP TASTING on Friday, October 25, from 6 to 8 p.m., and on Saturday, October 26, from 10 a.m.to 3 p.m. The various soups will be made from recipes submitted by parishioners.
These recipes can be found in the Soup and Scripture Cookbook which will be available for sale. Winter reading materials can also be purchased at that time at the book sale.
