(EGP) is a church leadership training program. It is comprised of two modules that are available for lay servants and lay speakers or anyone wishing to learn about transforming God’s church. Each module consists of four classes that are designed to help laity develop as transformational leaders able to collaboratively grow effective churches. EGP is being offered throughout our conference as a pathway to receive leadership training..
Leading Change – Communication – Outreach - Evangelism
All laity are encouraged to participate in these courses whether you are seeking credentials or not. The goal is to give us tools that will help us become more effective leaders in Christ’s church.
