The money collected will be forwarded to UMCOR and use to provide mosquito netting and education in the fight against malaria around the world. There are baskets in the back of the sanctuary for your convenience.

Sunday, April 17th at 7pm, will present “SONGS FOR ALL SEASONS". This concert has become a favorite of many on the SUMC concert series.  Featured will be guest harpist, Meghan K. Davis, and vocal and bell choirs from SUMC, along with congregational singing of favorite hymns with organ and choirs.   Songs from all the different seasons of the year will be featured.  A free will offering will be taken and a reception will follow the concert.  The church is located at 163 N.    On One Great Hour of Sharing Sunday, we share the goodness of life with people who hurt. Our designated gifts to UMCOR through The Advance and special appeals go directly toward relief efforts. Our One Great Hour of Sharing offering pays administrative expenses for UMCOR and supports ministries of food, shelter, health and peace. When we assist UMCOR with our offering, we are part of the important work that happens in places like Flint, Michigan and around the world.
